It has crappy damage, and is just a nuisance.

I've seen people use it in AB, but that's about it. It's mainly just an annoyance there, and as Kyomi said, it doesn't kill very well.
If someone's dumb enough to stand there and try to kill the sin, eventually the sin is gonna beat him. But it's gonna take awhile. |

there's also a wide variety of commonly used pvp skillz that bypass the perma sf sin and with the fast paced style of gameplay most common in pvp wasting all that time and remembering SF castings is jus a pain

really?.. i thought only a small amount of skills can actually mess up a SF sin
only non targeting so better stay away from eles and touch stuff? doesent sound like a very wide variety |

SF is just stupid, you'll get some ppl that use it RA, if they are on my team i leave, if on the other i just let the counter run out, most of the time you won't have the time to get SF up and keep maintaining it. plus there are no sin builds that do decent damage output (enough to kill the average build) that can maintain SF 100% of the time. |

Sf in pvp= the following,
Go to HA and watch for sissy girl she runs all sf sin teams just to grief people. it is such a bad build if you want to take and expect to do damg or kill anything. people use the perma sf sin to Grief other players just like the invincie ele. mostly in ra or ab is when you see these builds but I have said some use it in ha and gvg just to try and grief. |

the only people I have seen use it in AB are people who stand in mods naked and dancing, which is surely not the idea of pvp and its a waste of an elite skill spot theres alot of other powerful kills that could go there

I've run it in GvG while tanking rank. It's kind of funny to clear out all their NPC's then resign.

Yeah, by the way, if lamers like this get perma-Shadow nerfed I'm going to be ridiculously pissed.
Aside from taking an idiot to die against one, it does pretty pathetic damage unless against a specific setting, i.e. one you can choose, i.e. farming or solo PvE. In my opinion, Shadow Form should be a PvE only skill. Shadow Sanctuary sucks anyway. |
